All fine, but no AC

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and great luggage storage. I appreciate the staff's help with dining directions during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for another weekend!

I enjoyed a lovely stay in a cozy room with a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me. The location was perfect for strolling to the main attractions, and the soundproof windows made sure I got my beauty sleep. Fabulous!

The bathroom was about as roomy as a cupboard, and the hairdryer seemed to need a pep talk!

Shower water temperature was inconsistent, but the room was cozy and private.

The breakfast selection was extensive with tasty cooked eggs, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, providing valuable recommendations. However, the shower fixture was problematic, frequently falling from its holder, and the room temperature control was inadequate, resulting in an overly warm environment. Despite these issues, the convenient location, just a short walk from major attractions, made it a beneficial base for exploring.

Just spent a night here and I was really impressed. The location is perfect—walkable to Wenceslas square and Charles Bridge. Room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Just wish there was AC, it was a bit stuffy. Overall, a solid choice for a short trip.

The building itself boasts unique historical architecture that adds character to your stay, alongside a piano bar ambiance that invites relaxation in the evenings.

The lack of air conditioning makes warmer days uncomfortable, and the room can feel stifling, especially given space constraints. Noise from the street could be bothersome for light sleepers, while the elevators often run slowly, prolonging waits during peak times. Breakfast, while extensive, may not always be replenished adequately, leaving some guests wanting more. Additionally, the furniture and decor in the rooms seemed worn, hinting at a needed update that doesn't quite match the expectations set by the hotel’s pricing.

This place was a great match for an overnight stay in Prague with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff managed to address some of our needs promptly, which was appreciated during our short visit. Keep an eye on the noise levels at night as it can be a bit loud outside.

Charming hotel with exceptional hospitality

My stay was delightful, with a warm welcome and chilled prosecco upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean, and the unique rooftop café provided breathtaking views of Prague Castle. Breakfast was a treat, featuring a fantastic spread that included freshly baked pastries and organic juices. However, I wish there were coffee/tea facilities in the room for convenience.

The location near the metro made getting around the city easy. The spacious room featured a lovely big bed, perfect for a couple's stay.

We explored the nearby attractions, including beautiful parks and vibrant markets, which were perfect for our large family. The welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained rooms, including ours with enough space for everyone, made our stay enjoyable. Staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of proper air conditioning made sleeping uncomfortable. A simple solution would be to provide better cooling options for families staying during warm months.
